I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The deluxe room was spacious and impeccably clean, and I loved the complimentary laundry facilities that made traveling easier. The hotel's virtual golf room provided a fun way to unwind!

Staying here was just awesome! The staff was genuinely friendly and gave great local tips 😊. Only downside? The view wasn't fantastic. Still, I can't wait to come back for another NYC adventure!

The gym had a good variety of equipment, although it could benefit from additional weights. The only drawbacks were the small bathroom lacking storage and outdated air-conditioning units that were noisy but didn't affect our overall comfort. The location offered a peaceful escape in a bustling area, making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

laundry room dryers didn’t work well

Had an awesome stay with friends! The location let us easily visit Central Park and the Ailey Extension for dance classes, which were a blast. The staff were super friendly, and our studio suite was spacious and clean, perfect for our group. The free coffee and laundry room were great bonuses. Definitely coming back!

Amazing hotel with its kitchen, laundry, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me find a lost earring, showing their amazing care. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Easter!
